Plutos ONE, a technical service provider (TSP) for the Bharat Bill Payments System (BBPS), has secured $2 million in a seed round led by StartupXseed. The round also witnessed participation from Genesia Ventures, Auxano Capital, Raghuvanshi Investments and other investors.
